[Elecraft] Adding KPA100 to an old K2 (#2592)

Thanks Don,

You were right - I contacted Elecraft and they are shipping the K2 
firmware.  I will order the SSB & tuner firmware upgrade and key 
waveshape mod as you have recommended.
