[Elecraft] K2 Power control

I was going to test the new KAT100. A moment before, it was all right with 
all checks, the bridge balanced nicely. I was doing this test without the 
KPA100, directly at the K2 output without KAT2.

No reactions from KAT100 (no led on, no detection bye ATU menu). Wth 5 w on 
power level, the output is more than 20 w, with I>4.50 A. Tx off, power to 
0, tune on output 20w for a few second then down to 0. tx off power max, 
tune on, output >20w, but no control with power level.

Back to basic K2, withpout KAT100 or KAT2, same results. In this conditions, 
VREFDET around 1.3 v.

If power =0 then VREFDET = 0.

Well I,m lost once more. The KPA100 is running OK. The KPA100 look OK with 
resistances check.
