[Elecraft] control boards - wire jumpers R18 and R19

Nick,

R18 and R19 are zero ohm resistors - in other words 'jumpers'.

The jumpers will be removed if you install the KAF2 or the KDSP2 option 
and the holes where the jumpers are located will be used for mounting 
the headers - so consider whether to solder the jumpers on the top or 
bottom of the board with thoughts of removing them later.

If you already have the KAF2 or KDSP2 option, consider just installing 
the headers and using component leads inserted into the headers to 
complete the audio circuit path until you have constructed the option.
