Steve,

Look more closely at the bands - I would bet it has a green body and you 
are confusing the color code bands with the body color.

A green - black - green RF choke would have a value of 5,0000,000 uH, 
and I don't believe that large an inductance would be practical in a 
choke of the size you have in hand.
