Dennis,

There are adapters that will do the job nicely.  The MIL type for that
adapter is UG-255/U and Mouser has the Amphenol version as PN 523-2900.
They also have the Bomar equivalent (apparently not MIL spec) as PN
678-3317505 but you can find others too - try RF Parts for one source.

The other possibility is for you to get a short piece of coax and a BNC plug
and a cable mount UHF connector and build your own adapter.  If you are
using the 1/2 inch coax, a short adapter of that nature is the best choice
since the heavier cable can pull the K2 off the table.

Yes, you can find several companies that will make up custom cables, but you
may not like their prices for a single unit.
