[Elecraft] re: K2 Audio (The Continuing Storrry)

I did some more audio testing today, and find that
setting AF gain between 12 & 1 o'clk, all is well. For
testing, I listened to WWV on 10MHz, USB, RF gain at
max, pre-amp off. Seems somewhat louder w/AGC off.
Really booms w/Pre-Amp on. 9 o'clk (PreAmp off) seems
a little low, but maybe that's just me. Results pretty
much the same with K2's or external spkr.

Not sure if it's the rig or me (ehh..what...speak up
sonny!). It's like listening to rock music, it's not
good unless its loud, then it needs to be good and
loud.

Still want to look at the K2 spkr wiring.
