[Elecraft] K2/KPA100 No Menu

I disconnected the antenna and the interface cable from the KAT100 in order to try out a different tuner I recently purchased.  When I turned the K2 on and keyed it at low power it just stayed keyed and would not go off.  I turned the power off and restarted the K2.  I punched the Menu button to change the key input thinking that may be the problem.  I could not get the Menu to come up.  The other buttons seem to function except the Menu and Tune button.  When I turn the rig on and press Display 2.04 and 1.09 is shown on the display.

Anyone have any ideas as to what I should do?
