The difference is very, very slight. I'd not worry about it. Ground one side
and you'll never know the difference!

Do the crystals, X7->X11 NEED to be grounded on both sides?  I see the 
concern about heat and will comply, but I have VERY large hands and do 
not want to attempt to ground both sides if it is not needed.  Thanks
