[Elecraft] You will no longer the grind enamel when winding toroids(

Sounds like in this case - its the responsibility of
the kit vendor, or toroid supplier - to give you the
buyer - smooth, correctly built toroid cores.  I
wouldn't tolerate using cores of any less quality,
than perfect.  Why?
