[Elecraft] Heil Proset Ic with K2

I just went to the Heil website and verified the ProSet-Ic has an 
electret mic.  That means you need to do what Don W3FPR suggested.  
(When in doubt, do what Don suggests!  You'll seldom go wrong.)
