[Elecraft] Thermistor board

Either I am missing something or this is just crazy.  I have the board 
made up, put down in place and soldered, but I don't see any way I am 
going to get any other components in there with out them shorting out. 
How on earth is this supposed to work?  Can I put electrical tape on the 
back side of this thing or something?
