[Elecraft] K3 data mode operation?

  These and several others are "know problems". Elecraft does not publish a
list so we have to each stumble over them out ourselves. I try to keep a
current tips and bug list in the "data mode" section of the K3 Wiki.
  If you set "PITCH" to 915 you can use AFSK but the Dual PB inhibits
transmission, so you might as well use Data A mode.
  I have transmitted FSK D with KY command macros.
