May 2 - K3 kit ordered by fax about 10:30 EDT
Dec 6 - Invoice 47503 received in email from Lisa at 20:30 EST, estimating shipment in 7-10 days
Dec 7 - I emailed a response at 07:30 EST, to add two filters and specify shipment by 2-day air
Dec 12 - Shipment notice received from UPS QuantumView at 20:00 EST
Dec 14 - K3 Ser. No. 162 delivered to home QTH in Rockville, MD at 14:30 EST
