You want to look for "NEMA Enclosures". There are various types/ratings 
that indicate just how tough/weatherproof they are. You probably want 
NEMA 3 or NEMA 4.

Finding them is one thing; finding them mail order is another. 
McMaster-Carr (http://www.mcmaster.com) has a moderate selection of 
standard sizes; I wanted a smaller one for an antenna lead in and had a 
very difficult time finding a vendor that would sell to me.
