[Elecraft] new upload failure

OOPS

Trying to load the latest  and my rig is now frozen with MCU LD on the screen 
and the backlight  off.

I can not turn the rig off except by removing power and attempting  to reboot 
by holding down SHIFT/LOW does nothing.
