[Elecraft] K3 PA and FP Temp - what's OK?

It is nice that we have a display of the PA and  FP temp but can anyone 
comment on what the normal parameters might be?  At  what point should one become 
alarmed?  It doesn't do much good to have the  readout if one doesn't know how 
to interpret it.
