[Elecraft] Better drivers for "Phillips" screws

Simple tip, if you have a "Phillips Screwdriver", file or grind about
1mm off the point. The tool will now seat better in most Phillips or
Pozidrive screws and work much better.

No it's not the best solution, just one that works pretty good.
