[Elecraft] K3 tuner: how does it actually function?

At least 50 "memories" per antenna (five points per band but 
more on 160/80 and fewer on 30/17/12).  The tuner should also 
interpolate (or extrapolate) if necessary using the two closest 
memories within a band.
