[Elecraft] K3 Assembly - rear panel

Gordon,

Pan head screws do not use countersunk holes - the head is flat at the 
junction with the screw threads and rounded (a frying pan shaped 
rounding) on the top.
Be certain you are using the correct screws.  Those requiring a 
countersink are flathead screws.
