[Elecraft] K3 - Substitution of stock 2.7 for the 2.8

I *think*, that the second RX will have its own 2.7kHz/5 pole filter as the
standard filter, just like the main RX does. I would be very surprised if the
second RX would be offered/delivered by Elecraft without any filters at all.
