[Elecraft] Elecraft K3 Support on the Weekends?

Except the instructions call for the K3 to be tested as a 10 Watt unit before installing the PA, therefore the jumper is necessary!

It is possible to install the PA from scratch, so if there is no jumper it's not a show stopper.

Thank you, David, I wondering that myself.  Now we all know not to 
expect the jumper with our K3/100s.
