[Elecraft] K3's shipping end August ??

Hi,
With the first batch of K3 radios due to ship in 5 days time, I have seen no further updates on shipping status since the 23rd July. 
 
Do I assume that "no news is good news" and everything is on schedule?
 
I wait in eager anticipation
