[Elecraft] Sidetone with harmonics at 400 Hz...

I find the square wave character of the stock sidetone quite annoying on
my K2 #5004, with the sidetone set at 500 Hz.  However I run the audio
through a SCAF-1 external audio filter, which makes the sidetone much more
of a single tone, and far more pleasant to my ear.  The SCAF-1 also
eliminates the high-frequency hiss in my headphones.  The hiss didn't seem
like a big deal, until I could make it go away; then I realized how much
it had been bugging me.
