[Elecraft] k3 no dealer in the UK WHY ?

Hi,

There is only VAT to pay, no import duty. You would still pay the VAT 
anyway, even if buying from a UK dealer. Buying direct from the US is very 
easy, many hundreds or even thousands of us have done this.

why there is no Dealer in the UK [let say it is any where ]
  Elecraft i think do not like to have any Dealer ? to order it from the US
