[Elecraft] XG2 and 2T-gen Packaging

I picked up XG2 and 2T-gen kits at Hamcom in June.  These are great pieces
of test equipment.  For those interested, I was able to package these in
nice aluminum project boxes and still have access to all controls.  I also
added PTT and output range switches to the 2T-gen.  Info is in the
