Indeed it does. Because it's generated by the DSP, the sidetone could 
in theory be any desired waveform, but at present it's a very pure 
sinewave.

Pitch range is 300 to 1000 Hz. The crystal and DSP filter passbands 
automatically center on your selected pitch.
