I was hoping to hop in from Delaware but didn't hear a peep.  I heard
signals from France and the US Midwest on 20m but no ECN.  An op in
France couldn't quite make out my call, but I was happy he heard me at
all at 4W on my K1 with a so-so portable antenna.
