[Elecraft] AWG Packet Engine?

Can't help on the AWG engine, but I'm able to use RTTY and Slow Scan TV ( At 
least receive). I'm using the MMSCTV and MMpkt drivers. They are a sound 
card implementation.

I enabled the RTTY mode -- the 'r' mode using the secondary menu commands. 
Using Spectrogram, I set the filters fairly wide - to about 2 Khz. The 
configuration seems to work for me.
