Perhaps the next step will be for your ROHS compliant office to combine forces 
with the receiver sniffers that ferret out unlicensed radio receivers...

I can envision a task force descending upon some unfortunate ham....testing his 
newly built K2, radiating not only unlicensed receiver signals, but the evil 
lead molecules from some Kester solder.
