This was precisely the kind of application I wrote K2 Net for. See 
http://www.g4ilo.com/k2net.html (sorry, the website is a mess at the 
moment. It's being updated to a more modern design, but I have little time 
for hobby activities of any sort at the moment, so it's a slow process.)

The only thing it won't do is let you send CW using a key or paddle. You 
have to use the keyboard. Interfacing a key to a computer and then finding 
a way to preserve the timing through two copies of multi-tasking Windows 
and a network connection is just way too difficult.

Listening to the receiver and sidetone is no problem with a wireless 
headphone 
set.  But, how to key the transmitter with some type of wireless paddle.  
Has 
anyone done this and would like to pass on your approach?  Ideally, at the 
K2 
end of the wireless paddle the device would simply plug into the key jack.
