Kieth,

That infinite reading is OK - infinity is a very large number and does
indeed qualify as 'greater than 10k'.  With resistance charts like this it
is difficult to know exactly how each and every meter thaat might be used
will respond, and that is the reason the chart contains quantities similar
to '>10k' rather than absolute values.
