[Elecraft] OT: QSL reply to a SWL Enthusiast

Hi Chuck

I always reply to SWL QSL. If they have done an effort to write to me they 
sure deserve a QSL

I just fill in the SWL number and insted of stating confirming QSO i cross 
over QSO and add SWL.
I then add QSO data like date, time and my power.
In comments field i add confirming swl of QSO between XXXXX and me
