[Elecraft] K2: Lower power on 12 & 10 meters

Koert,

The internal gain of the K2 drops off a bit on the higher bands - 12 watts
out on 12 and 10 meters is quite normal.  Your 15 watts out on the lower
bands says that there is no problem.
