[Elecraft] KPA100 Mod for RFC10

Thanks, Ken and others who responded.  I started the KPA100 about two weeks 
ago and I was researching the RFC10 issue when I discovered that there was a 
mod put out the 26th of September.  My KPA100 was shipped the second week of 
September.  Just hadn't dawned on me the that there would be a major 
revision so close to the order/ship date.  Thanks, again.  I found the info.
