[Elecraft] QRP Quarterly

I operated W3GS for the milliwatt FD as listed in QQ.  We actually had 
two nearly identical QRP K2s, one for CW and one for SSB.  Hardly seems 
fair using a K2 in a contest compared to other rigs.  ;^)
