[Elecraft] KX1 power mod

Here's the link to the KX1 Power Mod on the Elecraft website.  I
searched for it also and couldn't find it.  So I tried a Google
search, and there it was - very well hidden.  Don't know why it isn't
easier to find along with the other Elecraft mods.
