[Elecraft] WM1 Wattmeter and AT1

Hi Johnny,

There was a typo on the order form and the weight was a little high for
the AT1. This normally wouldn't be a big issue since it is ordered with
other products, but when ordered alone for international orders, it
could make a difference in shipping costs. It is now corrected and is
listed at 0.5 lb.
