[Elecraft] OT: LETTER F ON 7.39 WITH LETTER M NEARBY!@#$%

They're quite audible in N.W. Oregon this A.M. too. 

These "letter stations" turn up from time to time all over the spectrum.
I've yet to hear a plausible explanation.
