[Elecraft] website detailing KAT/KPA100 in separate enclosure

Hi everyone!

While waiting on two parts from Elecraft to complete my K-2, I  
decided to start on the KPA100.  I am now at the first resistance  
checks.  I know its out there but I couldn't immediately find it in  
the reflector site: Can someone share the website that covers  
installing the KPA100 and KAT-100 in separate enclosure?  I have the  
EC-2 kit in front of me.
