I had to replace mine once, it's not as bad as you might think if you
have a big iron. I cut the center conductor wire, then heated the body
of the connector with a large iron until the solder holding it in
place reflowed - at which point I turned the board upside down and the
connector fell right out under it's own weight. A little solder
between tip of iron and connector body helped pass the heat. A solder
sucker was then used to remove the center conductor remnant.
