Fred,

You point is well taken, but 0.010 is very fine and it is akin to soldering
with a strand of hair. The biggest problem I have with solder that thin is
that it is often not stiff enough which slows the soldering process down.  I
use my 0.010 only for SMD work and use 0.020 for most everything else.  The
0.20 is a good compromise for me and I can work well with it.
