Gil,
The power handling capability is limited by the reverse bias voltage applied
to the switch, which is about 120 volts under load - so the power limit as
implemented in the KPA100 is only about 120 watts.
You would need a bias voltage in the neighborhood of 300 volts to handle 400
watts, and the switching MOSFETs must also be capable of handling that
voltage.
