Joe, how could you say it's boring!! It's part of kit building, the
rhythmic in and out of the wire as you try to keep the toroid between
your fingers (and sometimes have it slip a fall and possibly break),
it's the counting of turns of wire (sometimes many turns) without losing
track, it's stripping the wires and hoping and praying they're really
stripped. Heck, it's one of those challenges I hope to master by the
time I die!
This is not take anything away from the Toroid Guy, I've seen pictures
of his work and I don't know how he does it -- and *repeatedly* at
that. In fact, I'm tempted...no! No. I can't. I won't. (At least not
yet!) The lure of tiny toroid and even tinier wire beckons me, Siren
like, and I hope not to crash on her shoals!
