[Elecraft] Free: N0SS Noise Generator Board

Going through some old boxes and discovered a circuit board and instruction 
sheet for building the N0SS Broadband Noise Generator. This is not a kit but 
a circuit board only. See Tom's document at 
http://www.n0ss.net/noise_source.pdf.

It's free (including postage) to the first reply from someone who will 
actually build the generator and use it. I mail it anywhere in the world via 
regular surface mail.
