[Elecraft] Tech tip: more convenient inductance zeroing with AADE meter

I soldered a small momentary pushbutton switch directly to the small 
PCB that AADE supplies with their L/C meter. After selecting inductance 
measurement, I hold in this pushbutton, then press the meter's ZERO 
switch.

This is more convenient than hunting for a metal-tipped tuning tool or 
holding a piece of wire across the terminals.
