[Elecraft] T1 resistors R1&R2

Hello,

I am having a problem with my T1. It was working fine, now it tunes to 
variable SWR (typically around 3:1),
after I possibly?? put in too high a power for a tune. The indicator 
shows a tune, however 2 other meters tried show this to be incorrect
(yaesu FC102 on 20W range and MFJ259B).

Is there a way to test the 51R resistors in circuit? Also I imagine 
these must be non-inductive, ie film resistors, not wire-wound?
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot would be welcome.
