[Elecraft] K1 xmit issue - solved

It appears that the transmit mix oscillator was the issue. X6 needs a jumpstart by tapping it with a screwdriver. Pulled it and checked for a solder short, but perhaps I killed it during install.
Thanks to John, kf7om, and Jerry, wa2dkg, for their off-reflector assistance.  Proof again that one of the best parts of an Elecraft is the people that have 'em.
