Hi Here in western Europe, there's some propagation in the evening, just before sunset (i-e abt 18 :00 or 19 :00 UTC) quite a few European, African and south American stations. In fone you might find them between about 28.400 to 28.500, in CW from 28.000 to 28.200. But it's not regular. You should try your luck ! 73 to all Jacques de F9OJ
