The exact frequency of the 4 MHz oscillator is only relevant during the 
calibration procedure.  If you change the setting, you *must* run CAL 
PLL followed by CAL FIL (and you must change the BFO settings in CAL FIL 
even if you return them to their previous values) before you will see a 
change.
