[Elecraft] Elecraft CW Report for July 16th & 17th, 2006

FWIW:  I heard nothing on 20.  Unfortunately, I only had about 15 mins 
and couldn't wait for a QSP opportunity, but zip on or near 14050. 
There's always next week.
